Become a Certified beChill® Exams and Life Coach and you can be making a difference in adolescents’ lives within weeks of certification. This is more than a course or a program as once certified you will become part of the beChill global team of sophrologists.

This program is for:
1. Sophrologists that work with adolescents and university students.
2. Sophrologists that would like to run group workshops or work one to one with adolescents during the exam writing period

The beChill® Exams program is truly a “business in a box” where certified coaches have access to all materials for personal use including the beChill App for students. This App is only available for students of a beChill® certified coach.

COURSE DETAILS:
Location: Live over Zoom. All sessions must be attended in person with the video on. 36 hours of class time.

COHORT 2: (6 hour sessions over 6 dates)
Saturdays Oct. 29, Nov. 5, 19, 26, Dec. 10, 17 @ 12:00 CET
(36 total hours)

COHORT 3: (4 hour sessions over 9 dates)
January 16, 17, 19, 20 @ 9:00 to 13:00 CEST
January 23, 24, 26, 27, 30 @ 9:00 to 13:00 CEST
(36 total hours)

Note homework is assigned from day 2 onwards in the form of a teach back session to be delivered the following day to the group or in small groups. This requires daily preparation on the part of each participant in addition to your time in class.

Submission of 4 recorded coaching sessions with students is required to complete the 40hrs of certification. Videos or recordings of the sessions will be reviewed and feedforward will be provided.
