– The art of shifting focus and noticing: breathing techniques and noticing the body.
– The adolescent brain and stress. breathing techniques and releasing tension.
– The emotional brain and the differences between emotions and mood. Techniques for shifting mood and out of strong emotions.
– Finding my place and focus: Techniques to center the self and build concentration.
– Quick stress release through anchoring and breathing
– Building a bright future. Techniques to move beyond challenging moments
