This is an 8 hour course for Sophrologist that work with children or would like to have a product for parents that includes their children.

Families in Balance workshops are Sophrology and Mindfulness based workshops targeting parents with children ages 7 through 10. These workshops were first offered by trulyBalance Sàrl in 2010 and remain to be a great platform to introduce Sophrology to both parents and children. Each workshop is attended by a parent that is accompanied by a child.

Successful completion of this 8-hour training will give you access to four 90-minute workshops, including written supporting materials. Continual use of this program includes a small licensing fee to cover two one-to-one mentoring sessions throughout the calendar year and two group sessions held twice a year.
