Spring into Inner Peace with Sophrology

How to Keep a Sense of Inner Peace when Life and World Events feel Increasingly out of Control
This 6-week in-person course in Sophrology will enable you to:
* Make time for you, slow down and look after your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
* Learn some simple yet very effective exercises and techniques to help you relax your body, quieten your mind, and cope better with feelings of stress, overwhelm and anxiety. These should also promote more restful sleep.
* Learn how to make yourself feel more grounded in the here and now, more focused and generally more positive despite the personal and collective challenges we all face.
* To connect with others, and share practices designed to support your own and their wellbeing, in a peaceful and beautiful venue.
The weekly sessions follow a progression and I would kindly ask that you commit to attending regularly, so that you can fully experience its benefits. You will be sent an audio recording for home practice. I will recommend a shorter practice (with only a couple of exercises) for the busiest amongst you. Repetition is more important than the amount of time you spend practising.
Sophrology doesn’t involve any physical contact and social distancing will be applied so that everybody feels safe and comfortable being in a group. There will be a maximum of 12 participants.
Price: £85 for the block of 6 sessions with weekly recordings. To be paid in full or in 2 instalments. If you have a small budget, please reach out and we’ll sort something out.
